If you have been to Jamaica and to Negril in particular then you will recognise that the next paragraph from the Trip Advisor website is spot on and correct:
“The resort town of Negril has some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. Seven Mile Beach is an inviting stretch of golden sand, perfect for sunbathing or taking a dip in the warm Caribbean Sea. Jump into the Blue Hole Mineral Spring for a rewarding adrenaline rush, then take in a kaleidoscopic sunset from the comfort of a beachfront bar.”
What I like about Trip Advisor is the absolute integrity of the site, the reviews are made by people who have been to Jamaica, stayed at places like Villas Sur Mer in Negril and they have taken the time to write about their experiences of these place, good, bad and indifferent.
You can check out the place your thinking of visiting by logging onto the Trip Advisor site, pick your destination and then see the reviews, look at the photos and videos and take your time to make a real assessment of your planned vacation.
The other great thing about the site is the amount of information, both text and photographic that is available and also the reviews that hold back no punches. One article I love is the piece on tourist attractions in Negril, home of Villas Sur Mer and Rick’s Café. The article lists the top tourist attractions and accompanies these with brilliant photographs.
Its no surprise that watching people fling themselves off the high Negril cliffs into the Caribbean sea is a top ranking attraction, and why not? Its a bloody silly and dangerous thing to do, people have been killed!
Take a look at the trip Advisor website, you’ll enjoy it.
