Yoga is a very popular the world over and is practiced by millions in all walks of life but what actually is ‘Yoga’? Search Google for a definition and you will come up with many descriptions from the mundane to the elaborate but, for the sake of this Blog we will rely on Google for our basic definition of ‘Yoga’

Now, since 1800 (this date is used only as a start point for statistical references not as the original time of Yoga being discovered) the amount of people practicing Yoga in all its various forms has exploded worldwide.
So too have books and videos on this Hindu discipline, so, it would come as no surprise to anyone that sooner or later some bright spark would combine Yoga with vacations, after all, going on a vacation for most of us is a time to renew our energies and to relax, that is, of course, as long as you are not some extreme sports fanatic, in which case, Yoga is not on your list of vacations.
For the rest of us though, a vacation to Jamaica combined with practicing Yoga sounds like a delightful prospect.
