What is there to do for me on holiday to Jamaica 2020?

What to do on a holiday to Jamaica - Golf in Negril

I have visited this topic many times but the trouble you see, there are always new and different things to see and do being added and so it really is necessary to keep up with what is happening.

One of my favourite websites for this is the ‘What to do’ section of Negril.com  Here you will find a comprehensive list of things to see and do,

Places to go, where to eat and where best to just chill out.

One of the great attractions for families is Dolphin Cove which you can find located in Lucea, Hanover and is an absolute delight, let’s face it, who would not want to swim with Dolphins?

Other places to visit whilst you enjoy your stay with Villas Sur Mer are the wrecks and reefs around the Negril and Jamaica area, scuba dive down and see some of the most exotic sea creatures, a multitude of vibrant colours, all shapes and sizes, this includes the rather vicious looking Barracuda, they are not, of course, they just look a bit naughty.

If you like Sharks, Rays and Eels then you’re in luck, they live there also.

If you don’t really fancy getting cosy with these sea creatures you could try deep sea fishing.

The deep sea fishing off Negril and the west of Jamaica are excellent and the sea is well stocked with great sport fish as well as the exotic varieties, fish such as Tuna, Marlin, Mahi Mahi (Dolphin fish), Barracuda, Kingfish, Grunt, Humble, Jack, Parrot, Red Snapper. Check out the website and see what is on offer.

Blue Hole Negril Jamaica

Blue Hole near Negril in Jamaica

There are other more sedate attractions, one of the newest is the Blue Hole near Negril.

This natural tourist attraction id a large blue hole (You don’t say!) “Located about half hour’s drive from Negril, the Blue Hole Mineral Springs is one of the newest attractions around Negril.

The Blue Hole Mineral Spring sits beneath a cavernous opening in Jamaica’s terrain and is completely encased by Karst limestone.

The naturally occurring minerals in the limestone act as an underground filter for the steady upwelling of water, leaving behind a luxuriously pure bath of minerals for guests to enjoy.

Blue Hole Mineral Spring opens every day at 9:00 am. The mineral spring and swimming pool stay open until dark and the bar does not close until the last guest leaves. To find more places to visit while in vacationing in Negril,”
